Post Graduate Engineer Trainee - Finite Element Analysis

Responsibilities

• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for systems and components using ANSYS
• Execute structural design tasks including linear static, non-linear seismic, and vibration analysis
• Interpret analysis results to evaluate base designs
• Suggest design modifications to ensure all structural requirements are met
• Perform high-quality shell and solid meshing
• Manage connections and integrations such as welds, bolts, and contacts

Requirements

• Full-time ME or MTech degree with specialization in Machine Design, Aerospace, or Production
• 0-1 years of experience in ANSYS Workbench
• Strong foundational knowledge in Solid Mechanics, FEM, Strength of Materials, and Mechanical Vibration
• Experience with modeling tools such as Space Claim or Design Modeler
• Proficiency in shell and solid meshing techniques
• Familiarity with Creo or Pro-E for model checking
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
