Post Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage post-entry activities and ensure compliance by filing amendments to US Customs & Border Protection on behalf of importers
• Maintain professional relationships with US Customs
• Prepare letters, reports, and supporting documentation for unreleased entries and cancellations
• Update entries to US Customs and ensure accuracy prior to filing
• Oversee reconciliation projects and manage Post Entry Services for US Operations
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) to manage tasks and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CCS designation
• Understanding of US Operations and CBP requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Valid Passport with ability to travel occasionally to other office locations in Canada, USA, or Mexico
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of industry-related experience
