Post Doctoral Research Fellow

Responsibilities

• Conduct interdisciplinary research under the supervision of the Director and Assistant Director
• Analyze large-scale datasets to support ongoing research initiatives
• Develop written materials including research papers, reports, and briefs for academics, policymakers, and the general public
• Collaborate with Asian American community organizations
• Advance an independent research agenda during the fellowship period

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field (conferred after May 1, 2021, or expected by August 1, 2026)
• Training in social science or humanities disciplines (e.g., sociology, history, ethnic studies, education, political science)
• Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS or STATA
