Responsibilities

• Design innovative brand visual content including graphic design, visual effects, social media assets, and basic photo/video editing
• Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to brand visual guidelines
• Manage the entire design lifecycle from conceptualization to final production
• Collaborate with the creative team during brainstorming and design development sessions
• Liaise with team leads and stakeholders regarding design concepts
• Manage the full printing process, including large-format printing, high-res indoor graphics, and Pantone color matching
• Oversee material selection and quality control for offline retail displays and promotional flyers

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Experience using Figma or similar collaborative design platforms
• Familiarity with AI generative tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Firefly
• Deep knowledge of offset printing, material properties, and technical requirements for offline retail marketing
• Strong eye for branding and visual trends
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
