Responsibilities

  • Assign and coordinate daily shipping and receiving tasks among team members
  • Lead and oversee staff performance to ensure productivity and accuracy
  • Maintain timely fulfillment, packing, and shipment of orders
  • Ensure all inventory is correctly received, labeled, and stored
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits
  • Communicate issues, updates, and performance to the Shift Supervisor
  • Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or priorities to meet deadlines
  • Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and warehouse best practices
  • Monitor special projects when assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse distribution
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service lead position
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Electric Pallet jack, Reach truck, and cherry picker preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field
  • Forklift Certification
