About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit partner locations to install and activate POS devices
- Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity
- Conduct device testing and activation verification
- Train partners and staff on basic device usage and operations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site regarding hardware, connectivity, and software
- Replace or reconfigure devices when required
- Document installation activities and update activation workflows
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues
- Ensure installations and issue resolution are completed within SLA timelines
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deployment
- Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
- Good communication skills when dealing with partners and merchants
- Ability to work in field operations and travel between locations
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational SLAs
