POS Installation & Activation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Visit partner locations to install and activate POS devices
• Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity
• Conduct device testing and activation verification
• Train partners and staff on basic device usage and operations
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site regarding hardware, connectivity, and software
• Replace or reconfigure devices when required
• Document installation activities and update activation workflows
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues
• Ensure installations and issue resolution are completed within SLA timelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deployment
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
• Good communication skills when dealing with partners and merchants
• Ability to work in field operations and travel between locations
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational SLAs
