Portfolio Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, including income tax filings and tax provisions
• Support global M&A activity through tax diligence, transaction support, and post-acquisition integration
• Advise on international tax matters, legal entity structuring, transfer pricing, and risk management
• Act as a key point of contact for external tax advisors and support global tax audits
• Partner with portfolio finance teams to provide practical, business-oriented tax guidance

Requirements

• Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent international designation)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in global tax compliance, tax provision, or international tax roles
• Exposure to M&A transactions, including tax diligence and integration support
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international taxation, transfer pricing, and R&D tax credits
