Portfolio Solutions Sales, VP

Responsibilities

• Originate and source new business across Portfolio Solutions Products and the broader State Street Markets suite.
• Grow the global sales and trading business by creating a pipeline through prospecting, relationship management, and cross-selling.
• Drive new electronic, cash equity, and outsourced trading capabilities to asset managers and asset owners.
• Originate new fixed income, derivatives, and currency management opportunities.
• Partner with product owners to cross-sell Charles River, Prime Brokerage, FX, Financing Solutions, and Research services.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with portfolio managers, traders, and technology staff.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Capital Markets.
• 2-4 years of direct sales and institutional client coverage experience, specifically with asset managers and asset owners.
• Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and functionality.
• Previous experience in sales and trading, OMS/EMS, FIX connectivity, or other aspects of equity and fixed income trading.
• Proven track record of success in origination and coverage of institutional clients.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client interactions.
