Portfolio Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of reporting platforms and tools
• Configure and maintain standard reports and dashboards
• Monitor report outputs and data quality and investigate issues
• Support testing and validation of new reports and data changes
• Maintain documentation for reports, data definitions, and processes
• Coordinate with platform managers, analysts, and data teams
• Support onboarding and training for reporting tools
• Resolve routine user inquiries related to reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in reporting, operations, data, or technology support
• Experience working with structured data and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Ability to work independently within defined processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial or investment reporting concepts
• Experience with reporting platforms such as Orion or Addepar
• Experience in financial services or wealth management
