Portfolio Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute overdue portfolio recovery strategies to meet established goals through efficient and ethical management
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and indicators using data mining to monitor recovery treatments (TDR, Collector, and DCA)
• Calculate recovery goals and determine external agency fee provisions
• Administer field collection zone assignments to optimize travel times, mobility costs, and profitability
• Verify client assignments among field executives to ensure adequate service levels
• Supervise processes related to account reassignments, synergies, and payment reclassifications
• Monitor field agent performance through collection systems to provide recommendations for improved recovery
• Promote a collaborative work environment and exchange of best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Knowledge of telephone and in-person collection strategies and techniques
• Experience in portfolio analysis and customer segmentation
• Proficiency in collection systems, CRM, and data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL)
• Experience managing collection indicators (Call center, Field, and External Agencies)
• Advanced database management and programming skills
• Excel programming skills
