Portfolio & Performance Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the annual and multi-year delivery and operational portfolio for the Digital & Technology Pillar
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including objectives, OKRs, and roadmaps
• Facilitate key leadership governance forums, such as Monthly Operational Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Provide clear performance and financial insight through high-quality executive reporting
• Identify and manage operational and compliance risks at the Pillar level
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities between D&T, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams
• Prepare high-quality executive communications and briefing materials for leadership

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or business operations within complex organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience supporting leadership governance forums and executive-level reporting
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional priorities and maintain alignment across teams
• Strong performance management and financial insight skills
