Responsibilities

• Track and verify Operations & Maintenance (O&M) provider’s response to equipment outages and performance deficiencies
• Manage and maintain tickets reflecting Operations and Maintenance issues and monitor site performance
• Identify equipment issues and project underperformance
• Maintain internal software database for tracking physical characteristics of assets and data integrity
• Review and correct project data for monthly client reports
• Track Performance and Availability Guarantees and work with O&M providers to address anomalies
• Assist with Technical Onboarding of new solar sites including reviewing drawings and asset hierarchy creation
• Document and provide feedback on procedures for process improvement

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in renewable energy performance field
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related energy field, or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets
• Familiarity with databases
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• Data analysis and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PV plant performance analysis experience
• Familiarity with module, inverter, or tracking system technology
• Knowledge of electrical and solar equipment testing procedures
• Understanding of solar industry best practices, energy storage, and power generation concepts
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
