Portfolio & Marketing Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the analytical and governance backbone for portfolio performance and marketing investment tracking
• Consolidate market performance signals and competitive intelligence from sources like Nielsen and brand equity data
• Run portfolio governance reviews, including agenda setting, material preparation, and decision follow-up
• Maintain portfolio performance scorecards and dashboards across priority brands and categories
• Own marketing investment performance tracking, including A&P allocation and campaign impact readouts
• Partner with brand, media, and agency teams to evaluate media efficiency and establish post-campaign evaluation routines
• Act as a cross-functional integrator across Marketing, Sales, RGM, Finance, and Supply Chain to align planning and actions
• Standardize reporting templates and improve data quality in coordination with Data/BI teams

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in business planning, portfolio/brand performance, analytics, or strategy
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Expertise in performance management, marketing success metrics, and business planning routines
• Proven experience with dashboards, data tools, and A&P budgeting
• Strong project management discipline and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-ready communication skills
