About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for the Chronic PD portfolio across the South Florida territory to drive therapy utilization.
- Expand and grow PD therapy utilization by increasing referrals through strategic physician and business relationships.
- Drive market share growth and pre-tax associated margin through direct provider engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing new business.
- Create, negotiate, and manage local contracts and pricing initiatives.
- Conduct scientific and technical sales presentations related to the portfolio.
- Utilize business tools and Salesforce to target high-opportunity providers and maintain customer interaction records.
- Collaborate with PD Clinical Specialists and strategic account teams to align resources and maximize territory growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant medical device and/or clinical sales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a medical field.
- Proven track record of closing new business and managing the full sales cycle.
- Experience engaging physicians in a selling environment (experience with nephrologists is preferred).
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to manage contractual processes.
- Ability to travel an average of at least 50% of the time.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must reside within the South Florida territory.
