Portfolio Manager Strategic Transactions

Responsibilities

• Own the program management operating rhythm across a multi-GW portfolio of third-party leased and powered shell data center sites
• Architect and maintain the stage-gate framework tracking sites from negotiation through utility lock and lease execution
• Build and run tooling, trackers, and data pipelines for real-time visibility into schedule, cost, and risk
• Coordinate with third-party developers, internal construction, utilities, legal, and finance to surface blockers
• Hand off signed sites to delivery and operations teams with complete documentation

Requirements

• Experience building and running program management infrastructure for large, concurrent capital projects
• Proven ability to design stage-gate or milestone frameworks from scratch
• Ability to track 20+ workstreams with high detail and precision
• Experience coordinating across legal, finance, construction, and external counterparties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder decision-making
• High level of deal discipline, documentation, and process hygiene

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center development or powered shell experience
• Build-to-suit project experience
• Utility coordination and power delivery timeline management
• Construction program management at campus scale
• Familiarity with BoP scope and construction handoff processes
