Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assets for ultra-high net worth investors, family offices, endowments, and institutions
• Invest across a broad range of asset classes, managing risk exposures and actively trading portfolios
• Manage cash balances, structuring needs, and tax filing and payment for clients
• Create succession plans to provide longevity to senior portfolio managers' clients
• Develop trusting relationships with the next generation of clients and prospect for new business
• Aid in centralizing the Portfolio Management team and implementing collaborative processes
• Provide proactive and reactive investment recommendations based on ongoing monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Portfolio Manager at an asset management firm
• Strong fundamental research background
• Demonstrated record of generating and marketing attractive equity portfolio returns
• Proven success in fundamental research analysis and independent decision making
• Detailed understanding of capital markets
• Excellent written and oral marketing and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to retain and generate new business
