Portfolio Manager & Project Lead Strategic Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects in the field of Building Management Services and management software
• Develop the target image for digital Building Management Services and derive service and portfolio requirements
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop service concepts and commercial business models
• Bundle and prioritize business requirements from sales, product management, development, and UX
• Manage strategic initiatives from the concept phase through piloting and validation to scaling

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in product management, strategic project management, or business development
• Experience with building automation, energy management, or cloud/software solutions
• Proven ability to develop service-based business models and digital service concepts
• Strong stakeholder management skills for complex, cross-functional projects
• Fluent in German and English
