Responsibilities

• Construct a long-short portfolio of European SMID cap equities
• Select companies trading at a significant discount to fundamental value or with clear catalysts for shareholder value
• Manage all investment decisions and full portfolio construction
• Oversee overall risk management for every line within the trading book
• Generate original investment ideas through deep fundamental understanding and industry awareness
• Actively engage with management teams and form independent views

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager, or 10+ years as an Investment Analyst / Assistant PM
• A proven, verifiable track record
• A clearly defined, robust, and repeatable investment process
• Strong research acumen
• Ability to construct market-neutral portfolios and manage volatility
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to integrate into a broader team of Portfolio Managers
