Responsibilities

• Manage a discretionary equity portfolio with accountability for position sizing, sector exposure, and risk management
• Apply a rigorous bottom-up research process to evaluate publicly listed companies in the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem
• Generate high-conviction long ideas grounded in financial analysis and competitive positioning
• Develop investment theses supported by detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Monitor portfolio holdings, industry developments, and market structure
• Produce high-quality investment memos and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
• Contribute to thematic research at the intersection of digital assets and traditional financial markets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a discretionary Portfolio Manager or Senior Fundamental Research Analyst
• Demonstrable track record in a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
• Deep expertise in equity financial analysis, valuation, and portfolio construction
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset market structure
• Ability to articulate complex investment ideas clearly
• Fluent English
