Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the North American Flexport Capital customer base
• Lead a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth and strategic retention
• Maximize revenue per customer through credit line increases and cross-selling
• Utilize supply chain data to identify commercial opportunities and target actions
• Serve as frontline commercial intelligence for credit and risk teams
• Build senior-level relationships with CFOs, Founders, and CEOs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop bundled freight-capital propositions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial finance, fintech lending, or specialty finance
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-product lending portfolios
• Fluency in working capital structures, covenant compliance, and UCC filings
• Proven track record of driving upsell and expansion revenue
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Claude, and data reporting tools
