Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through foreign exchange and international payment products.
• Drive portfolio retention and expansion through proactive relationship management and regular client engagement.
• Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage prospective clients through various communication channels to increase wallet share.
• Deliver tailored solutions across risk management, international payments, and foreign exchange.
• Help clients maximize the value of Convera’s platform by promoting self-service capabilities and digital tools.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking through CRM and sales enablement platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or relationship management.
• 2+ years of experience within cross-border payments, foreign exchange, financial services, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio or book of business with revenue and/or quota responsibility.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot).
• Fluent English and native-level Spanish.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to leverage technology and AI tools to enhance performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling foreign exchange risk management products, including options and hedging solutions.
• Knowledge of the local SMB market and business landscape.
• Experience working within fintech, banking, or treasury-related environments.
