About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value
- Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management
- Enable clients to maximize Convera’s platform by combining self-service tools with expert support
- Execute a disciplined commercial playbook, balancing proactive outreach and pipeline development
- Support the Business Development team through early engagement with new clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B account management or B2B sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in cross-border payments, including understanding customer buying needs and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue or quota responsibility
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, or HubSpot
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling credit and risk products, such as Options
