About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients by building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying expansion opportunities and delivering tailored FX, international payments, and risk management solutions
- Execute a disciplined commercial playbook, balancing proactive outreach and pipeline development with relationship management
- Enable clients to maximize the Convera platform by combining self-service capabilities with expert support
- Support the Business Development team through early engagement with new clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B account management or sales experience with a track record of growing client relationships
- 2+ years of experience in cross-border payments, including understanding customer buying needs and typical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with direct revenue or quota responsibility
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, or HubSpot
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling credit and risk products, such as Options
