Portfolio Manager, Business Clients (FX & Payments)

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients by building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying expansion opportunities and client value
• Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management
• Enable clients to maximize the Convera platform by combining self-service tools with expert support
• Execute a disciplined commercial playbook involving proactive outreach and pipeline development
• Support the Business Development team through early engagement with new clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B account management or B2B sales experience
• 2+ years of experience in cross-border payments, including understanding customer buying needs and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue or quota responsibility
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, or HubSpot
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling credit and risk products, such as Options
