About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit information to support lending decisions and manage a portfolio of Commercial banking loans and credit solutions.
  • Negotiate loan structures, terms, and conditions to align client requirements with bank risk appetite and policies.
  • Assess client repayment capacity using financial models and analytical tools to recommend appropriate structures and collateral.
  • Monitor the portfolio to identify deteriorating credit conditions, compliance issues, and broader industry trends.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend capital allocation strategies to optimize returns.
  • Lead proposal development and deliver presentations to capture new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Minimize risk exposure by adhering to credit policies, regulatory standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Identify revenue and cross-selling opportunities to enhance portfolio growth and share of wallet.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations within a corporate or banking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in loan structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking operations.
