Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, recommend, and direct the execution of investment programs to achieve client objectives within established guidelines.
• Rebalance, trade, and monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with specific constraints and objectives.
• Partner with advisors and clients on portfolio strategy, transition planning, and the phased management of positions.
• Support the ongoing design and development of infrastructure for CIO direct indexing strategies and capabilities.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of quantitative portfolio management and trading experience using equity risk models and mean-variance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of modern portfolio theory, equity risk models, and mean-variance optimization.
• Proficiency in performing quantitative analysis on large datasets using Excel, Tableau, R, Python, or C.
• Broad-based knowledge of investments, tax, and operations necessary to service clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing direct indexing portfolios.
• Knowledge of API programming using R or Python.
• Graduate degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.
