Portfolio Management Specialist (Real Estate)

Responsibilities

• Manage the real estate asset portfolio, monitoring financial, operational, and strategic investment performance
• Evaluate and propose strategies for return optimization, capital allocation, and value generation
• Analyze economic, financial, and market data to support investment and divestment decisions
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor real estate market trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Work integrated with legal, financial, and operational areas to ensure governance and compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in real estate portfolio management or investments
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation, and investment modeling
• Analytical profile with the ability to interpret complex data
