Portfolio Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Create innovative business development strategies to grow the business in collaboration with BMO partners
• Identify short- and long-term value creation opportunities for target customer segments
• Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues and provide data-driven insights
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor performance
• Assist in the development of strategic plans and help determine business priorities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise goals
• Support change management activities, including readiness assessments and stakeholder management
• Execute routine tasks and service requests in accordance with applicable service level agreements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean process improvement methodology
• Familiarity with process analysis tools and project management principles
• Understanding of testing strategies and execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
