Portfolio Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables across the active portfolio of solar lease, PPA, and battery storage transactions
• Build reporting templates and data delivery frameworks for new deals at close
• Track portfolio performance metrics and surface insights to internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records across all active financing relationships
• Serve as a point of contact for reporting inquiries from tax equity partners and institutional investors
• Prepare materials and data packages for investor calls and annual reviews
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and develop improved data flows between internal systems
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and BI tools to create scalable reporting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in structured finance, asset management, or portfolio reporting
• Advanced Excel skills including complex models and data manipulation
• Strong communication skills for presenting data to investors and leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solar, clean energy, or consumer financial products
• Exposure to tax equity, securitization, or structured finance products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric or Power BI
• Experience using AI tools to automate reporting and data workflows
