About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Regional Leasing Specialists through coaching and performance accountability
- Manage execution of sales strategies to balance pricing, leasing velocity, and occupancy
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to refine lead communication and pricing strategies
- Track market trends and competitor performance to provide insights for portfolio pricing adjustments
- Manage property management software setup and conduct audits of business intelligence data
- Monitor and refine AI platforms to ensure optimal functionality
Requirements
- Experience in Student Housing or Multi-family Real Estate industry
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency using Entrata for property management and sales reporting
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel periodically within assigned regions
- Proficiency with social media platforms
