Portfolio Leader

Responsibilities

• Identify monthly recoverable portfolio and lead the achievement of group goals
• Stay updated on tariff regulations and legal changes
• Design, coordinate, and control portfolio recovery strategies
• Provide personalized follow-up and attention to direct portfolio clients
• Manage payment modalities and apply organizational recovery policies
• Generate management and collection statistics and reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

Requirements

• Professional degree in administrative sciences, business sciences, or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of certified experience managing portfolio collection processes
• 2 years of experience leading recovery and portfolio management processes
