Portfolio Governance Lead

Responsibilities

• Champion and embed Scope's project governance framework across the organisation
• Support leaders and project teams to establish effective governance, reporting, and benefits management practices
• Improve portfolio visibility and decision-making through quality reporting and insights
• Drive continuous improvement across governance processes and project delivery practices
• Optimise enterprise project management tools and reporting capabilities
• Build capability by coaching and supporting project teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in project governance and portfolio reporting
• Strong expertise in benefits realisation and business case development
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and coaching
• Experience with project management tools and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with a regular on-site presence in Hawthorn
