Portfolio Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the effective leasing and management of residential and retail properties to ensure high occupancy and tenant retention.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate with contractors to identify and rectify snags during project takeovers.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies for vacant units in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate brokers to drive leasing activity.
• Manage the end-to-end residential and retail leasing process, including property tours, tenant applications, and lease documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
• Monitor the performance of service providers against established SLAs and KPIs.
• Assist in developing resident engagement programs and community events to enhance the living environment.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property status reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Property Management or Facilities Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Property and Community Management rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional real estate certificate.
