Portfolio Execution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and capture data from hedge fund offering documents, including Offering Memorandums and subscription agreements
• Monitor and review updated fund documents to ensure data accuracy
• Manage and maintain static data and records within the Octane system
• Support the investment team with new and ongoing investments by gathering and processing essential data

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a paralegal or investment operations role, ideally with a focus on hedge funds
• In-depth knowledge of hedge fund liquidity terms and offering documents
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong English language proficiency, including effective oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude
