Portfolio Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio team to ensure investments align with business strategy and priorities
• Implement portfolio programs and projects using globally harmonized processes
• Provide thought leadership and strategic thinking to optimize enterprise execution through Lean Portfolio Management
• Oversee the overall portfolio and provide guidance to program and project managers
• Define and measure OKR and KPI frameworks, including MDS-specific value metrics
• Review product spend against targets and manage rebalancing of allocations
• Analyze strategy, execution, and capacity data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• Extensive experience in portfolio management within a complex matrix organization
• Proven experience in financial management and managing investments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across technology, finance, and operations
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment
• Proficiency in risk and change management
• Ability to synthesize complex details into concise, strategic communication
