Portfolio Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Federal Civilian programs ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Guide Program Managers, manage risks, and remove operational obstacles
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for government customers and senior agency leaders
• Own portfolio health including revenue, profitability, staffing, and forecasting
• Mentor Program Managers and support talent development across the organization
• Support business growth through capture strategies, proposals, and recompetes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Public Administration, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience leading programs or portfolios for U.S. federal government customers
• 5+ years of experience managing leaders or large delivery teams in federal contracting
• Deep knowledge of federal contracting, FAR-based contracts, and IDIQ/task order vehicles
• Proven experience managing portfolio financial performance and resource planning
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
