Portfolio Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of fintech products and services across a portfolio of key client accounts
• Translate client roadmaps and strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans
• Act as the executive delivery point of contact for client stakeholders to ensure alignment and trust
• Manage delivery teams, including delivery leads, implementation managers, and analysts
• Collaborate with internal Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee delivery in line with budgets, expenditure, and quality standards
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve delivery scalability
• Proactively manage delivery risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• 6–10 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services within delivery or program management roles
• Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and large multi-stream programmes
• Extensive knowledge of software development delivery processes
• Experience working in matrix-managed technology environments
• Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, structure, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum
• Experience delivering projects in an outsourced environment
