Portfolio Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure client portfolio data is accurate and meets SLAs
• Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and processing exceptions, triaging with support teams when necessary
• Address data-related inquiries from clients, sales teams, and external data providers in a timely manner
• Provide assistance to regional counterparts on common operations workflows and projects
• Maintain team resources, procedural documentation, and accurate metrics for internal analytics
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and tooling enhancements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the financial investment or advisory industry
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing, and the trade lifecycle
• Experience with middle/back-office operations systems
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous execution of processes
• Ability to work the required shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (U.S. business days)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence or Salesforce
• Technical familiarity with SQL
• Experience using financial services applications such as Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters
