Portfolio Controller & Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and review of all portfolio month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close deliverables, including cash flows and dividend declarations
• Manage the treasury function, including monthly cash requirements reporting, banking administration, and debt reconciliation
• Identify and implement AI-assisted automation opportunities to reduce manual processing and increase analytical capacity
• Lead intercompany reconciliation and recharges processes across all entities
• Maintain and enforce the portfolio’s internal controls framework and Risk Control Matrix
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and manage tax compliance obligations, including transfer pricing
• Support acquisition integration through technical accounting support, including revenue recognition and PPA model reviews
• Build effective working relationships with entity finance leads to provide technical guidance and policy clarification

Requirements

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Deep IFRS technical knowledge, specifically IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IFRS 3
• Extensive consolidation accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as Claude or Copilot) to automate finance workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OneStream and Great Plains
• Experience with Python or Power Query for finance automation
