Responsibilities

• Gain expertise in the commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations of renewable energy assets (solar, wind, BESS)
• Assist Portfolio Managers in tracking and fulfilling ongoing tasks and deliverables using Radian Digital software
• Create and prepare performance and analytical reports for operating projects
• Coordinate with Technical Asset Management and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel
• Track project performance, weather, and operational data through event tickets and work orders
• Manage document administration and data rooms for project-specific documents
• Coordinate and submit FERC, EIA, and other regulatory compliance obligations
• Assist with billing, revenue tracking, invoice tracking, and SREC administration
• Support the management of relationships with project owners, investors, and power offtakers

Requirements

• Experience in renewable energy industry asset management or operations
• Experience with PV, wind, or BESS equipment and system design
• Experience with C&I and utility-scale renewable energy projects
• B.E or B.Tech from a reputed college/university
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets
• Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and budget management

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years working with operating renewable energy assets
• Experience with commercial renewable energy contracts
• Experience in a service provider environment
• Experience with a U.S.-based company
• Familiarity with asset management software systems and third-party monitoring platforms
