Portfolio Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to financial and investment planning teams
• Deliver specialized support for investment client services, including preparing information for client meetings and annual reviews
• Manage client requests and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Execute administrative tasks related to daily compliance reports, monitoring, and account openings
• Maintain schedules and calendars to coordinate customer meetings and office coverage
• Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Coordinate marketing activities and sales materials to support client conversations

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial or investment services environment
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced knowledge of investment processes, procedures, and proprietary products
• Relevant investment industry licensing for the designated jurisdiction
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build client rapport
