Portfolio and Performance Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Support LATAM portfolio and performance management by delivering pipeline metrics, analyses, and reporting in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
• Prepare insights and recommendations to support regional portfolio reviews, governance forums, and leadership decision-making
• Support the application and continuous improvement of innovation governance and stage-gate processes within the LATAM region
• Contribute to the management and enhancement of portfolio systems, reporting tools, and data visualizations
• Support monthly and quarterly portfolio review processes through data preparation, analysis, and follow-up on agreed actions
• Identify portfolio risks, constraints, and opportunities, supporting mitigation plans and escalation when required
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between portfolio priorities, execution, and business objectives
• Promote a performance-driven, collaborative, and inclusive culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, project management, or performance management roles
• Experience supporting portfolio-level decision-making and performance reviews
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including P&L and investment analysis
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights and present to diverse stakeholder groups
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Project and/or Portfolio Management certifications
• Experience across both project execution and portfolio management
• Exposure to innovation lifecycle processes from concept through launch
• Experience working in regional or global roles within FMCG, CPG, or consumer health environments
