About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and executing cash management requests in a professional manner.
  • Support Relationship Managers by managing the end-to-end client onboarding process and account opening procedures.
  • Prepare customized client reports, routine correspondence, and materials for business development meetings.
  • Assist in the implementation of client wealth strategies through accurate management of portfolio administration tasks.
  • Coordinate prospecting and business development activities, including marketing strategies and professional presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory activities and internal policies, including AML, KYC, and privacy guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client information and files while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience within the financial services industry.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the completion of Financial Plans.
  • Ability to support sales and business development activities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of investment management.
  • Experience working with Estate & Trust portfolios.
