Responsibilities

• General reception and porter duties including call forwarding and providing information
• Receiving visitors
• Access control
• Initiating measures in the event of special incidents
• Documentation of relevant data and occurrences

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Clean criminal record
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Proficient with PC and MS Office applications
• Well-groomed appearance
• Polite and correct manners
