Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all assigned property grounds, including trash removal and debris pickup.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, hallways, and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing tours by performing light "spiffing" and presentation tasks to ensure they are rent-ready.
• Conduct regular property walks to identify and report cleanliness, safety, or maintenance concerns.
• Use property management software to document tasks, work orders, and inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning, portering, groundskeeping, or janitorial work.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel between multiple assigned properties during the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with basic technology, including mobile apps and email.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with property management software.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in property presentation.
