Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of property grounds, including trash removal and debris pickup
• Clean common areas such as leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, and hallways
• Prepare vacant units for tours by performing light cleaning and presentation tasks
• Conduct regular property walks to identify and report maintenance, safety, or curb appeal concerns
• Use property management software to document tasks, work orders, and inspections
• Monitor trash enclosures and ensure they remain free of overflow

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning, portering, groundskeeping, or janitorial work
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid automobile insurance
• Ability to travel between multiple assigned properties during the workday
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency with basic technology, mobile apps, and property management software
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or commercial property maintenance
