Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude to set a positive tone for their stay
• Manage valet services by parking and retrieving guest vehicles with care
• Maintain a smooth flow in the hotel driveway to ensure stress-free arrivals
• Provide directions and answer guest questions to assist with navigation
• Fulfill guest requests promptly to create exceptional service moments
• Use initiative and problem-solving skills to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment
• A valid driver's license and confidence driving various vehicles
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
• Flexible availability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
• A vibrant, team-oriented attitude suitable for a fast-paced environment
