Porter

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of community grounds and common areas
• Perform daily trash pickup and blow walkways
• Maintain landscaping and power wash surfaces as needed
• Support maintenance and property teams with additional tasks as directed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of general labor experience
• Ability to meet physical demands and follow directions
• Skilled in safe use of power tools (blowers, pressure washers) and manual aids (ladders, hand trucks, wheelbarrows)
• High school diploma or equivalent
