Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, and Industry standards
• Remove trash and debris from common areas, curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways
• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal planting
• Maintain and repair exterior lighting, stairwell treads, and irrigation systems
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on pool and spa equipment
• Pressure-wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks
• Assist with snow removal and emergency procedures as required
• Promote safety awareness to limit property loss or injury

Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work with schedule flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergencies
• Proficiency in reading instructions and documenting labor/materials
