Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, and Industry standards
• Remove trash and debris from common areas, curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways
• Maintain and repair loose stairwell treads and exterior lighting
• Perform lawn care including mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal planting
• Maintain, adjust, and repair irrigation systems and fountains
• Clean pool and spa in accordance with manufacturer specifications and code compliance
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to pool equipment
• Promote safety awareness to limit property loss, damage, or injury
• Pressure-wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks
• Assist in snow removal as required

Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• One year of experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Flexibility to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies
